Booking & Payment
Fill out the booking form on our website with your preferred tour, date and number of guests. We confirm availability and send a confirmation within 24 hours via email and WhatsApp.
Payment is accepted in cash on the day of the tour or by bank transfer prior to the tour. Specific payment instructions are provided upon booking confirmation.
For most tours, no deposit is required — payment is made on the day. For high-season bookings or larger groups, a deposit may be requested and will be communicated at confirmation.
We confirm all bookings within 24 hours of receiving your request by email and WhatsApp with full tour details.
Cancellation & Changes
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the tour price.
Yes, date changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour via WhatsApp or email.
Most tours operate in all weather conditions. In case of extreme weather affecting safety, we will contact you to offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Logistics & Transfer
We offer door-to-door pickup from your hotel, apartment or any address in Lisbon. Provide your exact address when booking and we will confirm the pickup time.
We use comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles for up to 6 passengers — licensed, insured and maintained to the highest standards.
Yes. All parking fees during the tour are covered by us — no extra costs at any destination we visit.
Yes. All tours include return transfer to your accommodation — the same address we picked you up from, or any convenient location in Lisbon.
What's Included
All tours include: private vehicle, Nikolai as your Founder & Local Guide, door-to-door transfer, fuel, tolls, parking and bottled water. Not included: entrance tickets, meals and personal expenses unless stated.
Yes, absolutely. All our tours are 100% private — your group only, no strangers. You will never share the vehicle or any part of the tour with other tourists.
Yes! We are flexible. Tell us your interests — more time at a specific site, a local restaurant stop, or a different route — and we will tailor the tour to your preferences.
Absolutely. We welcome families with children of all ages. Let us know in advance and we will ensure the pace and stops suit your family. Child seats are available on request.
