How far in advance should I book my tour? +

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (April-October). For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp, and we'll do our best to accommodate you based on guide availability.

What information do you need to make a reservation? +

To secure your booking, we need:

  • Full names of all participants
  • Contact email and phone number
  • Preferred tour date and time
  • Hotel or pickup location in Lisbon
  • Any special requirements or interests

We'll confirm availability and send a detailed itinerary before payment.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation? +

Yes, modifications are possible depending on availability. Date changes can be made up to 48 hours before your tour without penalty. Changes to the number of participants may affect the price. Contact us directly for any modifications, and we'll assist you promptly.

Do you require a deposit to secure the booking? +

For standard group sizes (1-6 people), we require full payment to confirm your booking. For larger groups or custom multi-day tours, we may require a 30% deposit with the balance due 7 days before your tour. All payments are securely processed.
