Everything about how to book, modify, and prepare for your tour
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (April-October). For last-minute bookings, please contact us directly via phone or WhatsApp, and we'll do our best to accommodate you based on guide availability.
To secure your booking, we need:
- Full names of all participants
- Contact email and phone number
- Preferred tour date and time
- Hotel or pickup location in Lisbon
- Any special requirements or interests
We'll confirm availability and send a detailed itinerary before payment.
Yes, modifications are possible depending on availability. Date changes can be made up to 48 hours before your tour without penalty. Changes to the number of participants may affect the price. Contact us directly for any modifications, and we'll assist you promptly.
For standard group sizes (1-6 people), we require full payment to confirm your booking. For larger groups or custom multi-day tours, we may require a 30% deposit with the balance due 7 days before your tour. All payments are securely processed.

We price our tours per group to provide better value and flexibility. Whether you're traveling alone or with a group of 6, you receive the same dedicated service, private vehicle, and expert guide. This approach often makes our tours more affordable than per-person pricing, especially for families and small groups.
We accept various payment methods for your convenience:

- Cash (EUR) on the day of the tour
All online payments are processed through secure encrypted systems.
No, we believe in transparent pricing. The price quoted includes all services listed in the tour description. Additional costs that are not included will be clearly communicated beforehand, such as:

What to expect during your Lisbon Tour Experience
Our guides are fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. For other languages (German, Italian, Russian, etc.), please contact us in advance, and we'll arrange a guide who speaks your preferred language, subject to availability.
Absolutely! Our private tours are designed to be flexible. We welcome suggestions and can adjust the itinerary to match your interests, pace, and preferences. Whether you want to spend more time at a particular site, include a specific restaurant, or focus on certain themes (architecture, food, history), we'll customize the experience for you.
Portugal generally has mild weather, but we're prepared for all conditions. Tours operate rain or shine, and we provide umbrellas when needed. If extreme weather conditions make the tour unsafe, we'll contact you to discuss rescheduling or alternative indoor activities. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Most tours do not include meals to allow flexibility for dietary preferences and budgets. However, we always include stops at excellent local restaurants or cafes where you can purchase meals. For full-day tours, we schedule lunch breaks at authentic Portuguese restaurants. We're happy to accommodate special dietary requirements with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Our flexible cancellation and refund policies
We offer a flexible cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund
- 50% refund for cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the tour
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows
We understand that plans can change, so we try to be as flexible as possible while respecting our guides' time and commitments.
In case of genuine emergencies (medical issues, flight cancellations, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We'll review each situation individually and typically offer to reschedule your tour or provide a credit for future use. Documentation may be requested for verification purposes.
