Everything you need to know before your tour
Booking & Payment
Simply fill out the booking form on our website with your preferred tour, date, and number of guests. We will confirm availability and send you a confirmation within 24 hours via email and WhatsApp.
Payment is accepted in cash on the day of the tour or by bank transfer prior to the tour. Specific payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
For most tours, no deposit is required. Payment is made on the day of the tour. For high-season bookings or larger groups, a deposit may be requested — this will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
We confirm all bookings within 24 hours of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation by email and WhatsApp with all the details of your tour.
Cancellation & Changes
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the tour price.
Yes, date changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Most of our tours operate in all weather conditions. In case of extreme weather that affects safety, we will contact you to offer a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Logistics & Transfer
We offer door-to-door pickup from your hotel, apartment, or any address in Lisbon. Please provide your exact address when booking and we will confirm the pickup time.
We use comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles suitable for up to 6 passengers. All vehicles are licensed, insured, and maintained to the highest standards.
All parking fees during the tour are covered by us. You don't need to worry about parking costs at any of the destinations we visit.
Yes, all our tours include return transfer to your accommodation. We will drop you off at the same address we picked you up from, or any other convenient location in Lisbon.
What's Included
All our tours include: private vehicle, professional licensed guide, door-to-door transfer, fuel, tolls, and parking. Not included: entrance tickets to monuments, meals, and personal expenses unless specified.
Yes, absolutely. All our tours are 100% private — your group only, no strangers. You will never be joined by other tourists in our vehicles or during any part of the tour.
