1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Lisbon Tour Experience, operated by MYKT – TRANSPORTES, Unipessoal LDA (RNAAT n° 512/2025, NIF: 517161702). By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Our Services
Lisbon Tour Experience provides fully private, licensed day tours in Portugal including but not limited to: Lisbon, Sintra, Fátima, Évora, and Porto. All tours are conducted in fully private vehicles — no shared groups.
- Maximum group size: 6 persons per vehicle
- All tours include door-to-door pickup from your accommodation
- Tours are conducted in English (other languages upon request)
- Duration and itinerary as described on our website
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp. Submitting a booking form does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.
- We will confirm availability within 24 hours of your request
- You will receive a booking reference number upon confirmation
- Please ensure all details (date, number of guests, tour) are correct before confirming
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the tour price.

5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. We recommend contacting us immediately if you encounter any delays.
6. Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour in the following circumstances:
- Severe weather conditions that affect safety
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions)
- Vehicle breakdown or unforeseen operational issues
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour date at no additional cost.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept cash and bank transfer. Specific payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.
8. Liability
Lisbon Tour Experience is a fully licensed and insured tour operator. However, we are not responsible for:
- Personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour
- Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- Changes to opening hours or access at visited sites
- Any personal injury not caused by our direct negligence
We strongly recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance covering tour activities.
9. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if any guest behaves in a manner that is dangerous, abusive, or disruptive to the guide or other guests. All guests are expected to follow the guide's safety instructions at all times.
10. Photography & Media
We may take photographs during tours for use on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your guide at the start of the tour. By participating in the tour, you grant us permission to use any photos taken unless you opt out.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
