1.1 Reservation Process

All bookings are subject to availability and require a confirmation from Lisbon Tour Experience. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

1.2 Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking
• Full payment must be completed 24 hours before tour commencement
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash (EUR)
• All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable

1.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, or other operational expenses. Existing bookings will be honored at the quoted price.

2.1 Customer Cancellations

2.2 Operator Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Weather conditions making travel unsafe
• Minimum participant numbers not being met
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

3.1 Punctuality

Please be ready at the designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in shortened tours or cancellation without refund.

3.2 Documentation

Ensure you have valid identification and any required travel documents. We are not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

3.3 Health & Fitness

Some tours involve walking or physical activity. Please inform us of any mobility issues or health concerns when booking.

3.4 Behavior

We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a participant's behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.

4.1 Our Responsibility

We are responsible for providing services as described and maintaining safety standards. We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Events beyond our reasonable control
• Customer negligence or failure to follow instructions

4.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

5.1 Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, traffic, or other operational considerations. We will provide comparable alternatives whenever possible.

5.2 Guide Substitutions

While we strive to provide your requested guide, substitutions may occur due to illness or scheduling conflicts. All our guides are licensed professionals.

6.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

6.2 Complaint Resolution

We strive to resolve any issues amicably. Please contact us immediately with any concerns during your tour. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of tour completion.

6.3 Tourism Authority

Lisbon Tour Experience operates under RNAAT license #512/2025 issued by the Portuguese Tourism Authority.
